At this year’s AGM, SRPC Council will be bringing forward an updated set of bylaws that clarify responsibilities within leadership and governance structures of the organization. These are necessary changes to ensure the SRPC is in compliance with the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations (NFP) Act. Please review the Key Changes at a Glance for further details.
An open meeting for members is scheduled for February 24 2026, at 7pm, Eastern Time, after Executive, Council and legal review of the proposed bylaws.
